# Show time record status in timesheet

The timesheet in Moment is one of the most important implementations to show an overview over your hours, and therefore Moment has developed an easier way to show status for your hours registrations ( from time>hours overview). So what happens now is that the status in your hours overview will appear directly in your timesheet.

Under hours overview this icon will help you decide the change you want to make on your hours which gives you the status that will be displayed in your timesheet.

Please note that not all companies would prefer this new functionality, so this preference is set up on company level. Under setup>settings>projects you can easily choose if you want the status to be displayed or not on the timesheet:
