Project - Amount
Follow-up of Amounts on Projects
Go to Follow-up - Projects - Amount. To be able to see this view, a right needs to be set on the user card, contact someone who administers the system who can help with that setting if you cannot see it.

All projects with their respective totals are shown here by default when you enter the view. At the top there are filters that can be used to make selections.
Click on the to get information on how the totals are calculated.

What is shown is a snapshot of how registrations have been made up to now. If you go in and register time on an activity in a project, it will immediately show up in this view. It is not possible to make selections by period.
The search field is used to search for a specific project. You can search for parts of a project name, project number or customer name.

Select Resource or Activity for how you want the information to be displayed. Resource shows the user first followed by the activities for which time was recorded when you unfold the next level on the arrow. Activity shows the activities for which time has been recorded followed by the user in the next level.

Clicking on the icon (the top right in the view) opens a new box. Use the filters to refine your search.

By clicking on the arrow to the left of the project, a view opens up with project information based on the choice made as to whether it should be summarized/displayed at resource or activity level. In the example below, the activity level is selected. If you click on the arrow to the left, you can see which providers have registered time on the activity.

It is possible to download a file of the information you see in the view of the particular project. You can click on the arrow to choose whether the information should be saved as excel/csv.

There is also a total summary at the bottom for all projects shown in the list. The total list of project information can be printed in excel/csv format.
User Rights on the tab Follow-up - Project - Amount
If you are a project leader or an invoicing manager you have access to this view - if the right is set in your user's card in the Administration. The projects you see in your list are the projects you are project leader or invoicing manager of.
If you are an administrator you see all existing projects in the list. There is also a possibility to set group rights to a group of users which will give them access to the view Follow-up - Project. A complement is needed on each user to set the permission "Show project follow-up for amount" in the user card to see the Amount tab.
