Report

General Information about Reports in the Invoice Module

You find reports on the tab Invoicing - Report.

Here you can search for project reports and information about specific projects. Depending on how your system is set up, the report menu may look slightly different from the example below.

Basic Information about how to Search

Under each option there are several parameters that you can use to make a selection. How few or many you use is up to you. The most basic way to search is Period. This is the range you want to see for a project or within which you are looking for data. You can choose how wide or how narrow you want to search by entering dates or clicking on the calendar next to the date field.

You can also fill in a text field for a specific project report number or projectname, for example. If the field has a magnifying glass next to it, you also need to click on this after filling in the field so that, for example, the correct project is loaded. In this case, it is also possible to browse to the project in the drop list instead.

When you have made your selection, click OK to start searching. If you have selected an option that results in the information being displayed in a report, you can print it by clicking on the PDF icon. Some report types can also be printed in Excel format. Then there is also the button to select.

The Reports

The choices you have in the report list can vary. Below we clarify the most common ones.

Project Report & Invoice Report

These options are used either when you want to find a specific project report/invoice or get all project reports/invoices for a certain period and/or project.

If you want to search for a specific project report/invoice and you are unsure of which period it is in, you can simply enter the number and leave the first date field blank. This means that the system searches among all previous project reports/invoices. The number you choose to fill in depends on the information you have access to.

If you want to search for all invoices for a certain period, you only need to select the date, from and to and click on the OK button.

Project Time Report

The Project Time Report in the Invoicing module gives you detailed information of each transaction behind the invoice lines. NOTE! In this report you will only see transactions processed in the invoicing module. If you search for a detailed report of every transaction (including not the invoiced ones) please go to Follow-up - Report and select the Project Time Report from there.

If you want to search for information for a specific project, you need to select which project and for which period. You can then select more parameters depending on how specific you want the report to be.

Please note that Allowance, Expenses, Articles and Additions are included in the report by default. If there are any of these that you do not want to be included in the report, you need to uncheck the check boxes before you create your report.

Click on PDF or Excel symbols to create the report.

Supplier Invoices

The Supplier Invoices report allows you to produce a report of supplier invoices imported into the system. For the report to be available, the Supplier Invoice module must be activated.

A number of different extraction options are available. You select from one or more to get the specific search result you want the report to cover. If you select only period, you will get a report of all imported supplier invoices for the period.

Click on the PDF or Excel symbol to create the report in the desired file format.
