To log in to the system you either use a personal code or a tag. Enter the code using the numbers on the screen or register the tag on the tag-reader next to the time clock. The way to log in is dictated by the information shown on the screen. Below you can see different home screens depicting the two options and one combined alternative: Code, Tag, Tag or code.
If it is your first time logging in with your tag you need to begin by connecting it to your user.
Start by holding the tag against the tag-reader. Then press Connect tag (1) and enter the personal identity number that you want to connect to the tag (2). The numbers you enter are shown at the top left of the screen (3). Press OK when you are done. Your tag is now connected and you can log in.
When you log in you will reach your homescreen and the options for clocking in. In the information at the top you will see who you are logged in as, and on which page you are (1).
Which buttons are active depends on your last choice. For example, you are not able to clock in again if that was the last thing you did. The different options are: Clock in, Clock out and Begin absence. Clock in/out are used for the start and the end of your shift, but also at the start/end of your breaks if needed. The option that you can choose is purple (2) and the inactive is grey (3). To the left of the buttons you will find your registration history (4), where your latest actions are shown.
You will automatically be logged out after you clock in/out, but it is also possible to logout manually with the red button at the bottom of the screen (5). You will also logout automatically if you are inactive for too long.
To report absence, log in and press Begin absence (1). You will then see the available types of absence (3). Choose the most suitable for your situation by pressing the button. The chosen absence will be automatically registered for all time until the next time you sign in. The absence therefore ends when you clock in as usual (4).
It is also possible to register your absence when you return to work. For example, if you forget to, or aren't able to start your absence due to e.g. being sick from the start of the day. You will then get a warning when you return and try to clock in. Here you choose Begin absence (2). As when registering absence from the start you will be moved to the page with the different types of absences to choose the one that is correct for your situation (3). You are only able to choose one type, so contact whoever is responsible for your schedule if the absence is more than one type (For example if you are sick part of the absence and taking care of your sick child during the other part). Absence is registered for all days that you have been absent since your last registration. After choosing you will return to your home screen and may clock in as usual.
To the right of the registration options on your home screen you will find two additional buttons. These are used if you want information about your schedule or your registrations.
Personal information (1) shows information about your registrations for the month. You can see time worked, how much of the schedule time that remains and if you have any absence. You are also able to see any overtime or flex.
Today's schedule (2) shows the schedule for the day. Do you have more than one only the closest to the current time will be shown. This will also show the start and end time for your shift and when and how long your break is.
