The system uses the information to create days for the allowance (5). You then need to add destination (6) and if you paid your own meals or not (breakfast, lunch or dinner) for each of the days (7). Press "Create" to save when you are done.

If you have been travelling and have the right to an allowance, you can register it in the system. Choose the tab "Allowance" and press create allowance "". Select the date, from and until (1). Enter departure and when you return home (before or after 19:00) (2). The assignment you are scheduled at is automatically chosen. If you have more than one assignment you might have to change to the correct one (3). Then add the purpose for the traveling (4).
The saved allowance is added in the list to the left. Here it is also possible to see the estimated compensation for the allowance. If you want to edit any information in your allowance you just need to click on the pen "". Do not forget to save any edits. You can also delete an allowance by pressing the trash can "" in the upper right corner.
