You should lock your time to show that you have reported any possible deviations and that your time report for the period is complete. You can not make any changes once you've locked your time. Locked days are marked as grey in the calendar.
Lock week: If you have the function "Lock week", you should lock your time week by week. The padlock "" is then active when you switch to âweekâ in the calendar. Press the padlock to lock your week. The week then turns grey. The weeks have to be locked chronologically.
Lock until today: It is also possible to lock a part of a week or a month, until a certain day, using the padlock "" on a specific day. The day you go to, to press the padlock, is the day you will lock until. Previous months have to be locked to be able to use this function.
Lock month: If you choose âmonthâ in the calendar you can press the padlock "" in the upper right corner to lock the whole month. The months have to be locked chronologically.
Regardless of choosing to lock week, until, or month you will get a summary of the period you have chosen. This summary helps you check that everything is correct before locking. The padlock will be red "" on locked days after you have approved the registrations.
