Register deviations

You need to register any deviations. For example if your child were sick and you had to go home or if you worked more than your scheduled time, so that you can get overtime or so on if you are allowed to. This varies between different schedule settings and contracts.

To register deviations, first choose the day in the big calendar to the right (1). In this calendar you can switch between week and month depending on what view you want (2). You can also go to a specific week using the small calendar to the left (3). You will see more details, like if you have multiple assignments on the same day, in the week view.

When you click on a day it will open in front of the calendar (4). Here you can see the name of the assignment (5). You can also switch between them if you are scheduled on more than one.

The scheduled time and any brakes is found up top (6). Below are the timerows that you can adjust (7). You only need to change it if you have worked more/fewer hours than stated. You enter the time as hh:mm (for example, 06:30 if 6 hours and 30 minutes). If there is a minimum limitation for the break it will warn you if you try to report too little.

Press "Save" when you are done. A summary of the registered time will appear at the bottom (8). It will show all salary details for the shift, so make sure to double check it.

NOTE! You do not have to change the time if you have been absent all day, you only need to change the activity "Attendance" to the reason of absence. For example "Sick" or "Vacation".
