You can also subscribe to Swedish holidays. The system will then automatically mark these as red and/or enter 0 hours as work time. To subscribe, choos it in the droplist at the top. At the moment you can only subscribe to Swedish holidays.
Examples for regular adjustments in the calendar:

If you work less, then the normal time days before a public holiday
If a day between a publice holiday and another work free day is counted as free

If you create a calendar that you no longer need you do not have to delete it. Go to the calendar and choose Inactivate in the upper right. Inactivated calendars at hidden in the list but may be shown by choosing Show inactive in the list.
You may need more than one calendar - for example if you have your company in different countries with different holidays. If you create more calendars you can choose between these for every user, Admin - User - Users.
As a standard the system suggests 8 hours Monday-Friday and 0 hours on weekends. You adjust the standard work hours at the top but you can changes an individual day directly on the day. Changes the number of hours to 0 on days that is not workdays and mark it as red in the calendar . If you have half days, first enter the standard time at the top and then press the icon for days that should be half days. Save and continue in the same manner for the rest of the months for the whole year. You only need to change and save months with deviating days.
All change you make will be visible in the time registration for those who register time on this calendar, except for people that has a schedule instead (for example, part time workers). A schedule trumps the information in the calendar. .
