Choose the tab Allowance.
Click on the button "create allowance".
A window where you can select the project to connect your allowance to will open. Doubleclick the project or mark the project and press "ENTER" on your keyboard.
Provide the date and time when the journey started and ended. Indicate whether you paid for your own meals/were offered/received CE hotel breakfast or equivalent. Click "Create". This allowance will automatically be reduced by the amounts for breakfast, lunch and/or dinner as applicable.
Select the country from the countries available in the Country box. If you want all days of the allowance period to be associated with the same country, you can select the country by clicking Set all at the top. Check the tax authority's rules for the country for which the allowance is to be recorded if you have passed through several countries during the trip. Don't forget to save (if your country is missing from the list - please contact the administrator of your system who can add new countries).
You can divide an allowance period into several projects (one project per day in the allowance period). When you create an allowance period, you select the project and it becomes the project proposed by the system for all the days of the allowance period you have chosen. You can then select the project in the list of projects on the far right, day by day in the allowance period.
In the Private accommodation column, you can select "Own accommodation" if you are entitled to compensation for your own accommodation. Confirm by clicking on the Save button.
When you register an allowance period, the system includes an allowance for each day within the period. If you make temporary journeys home during the period that are not to be included in the allowance, you must end the current allowance when you leave and register a new one when you return.
Select the allowance period you wish to delete from the list by clicking on it.
Click on the trash canat the bottom left and confirm in the dialogue box that appears.
