If lock week is active you will have the choice between week and month after you click the padlock "" in the small calendar to the left. Weeks are locked in chronological order. This means that you can not lock this week before you have locked the previous. Therefore you will get a message on which week you are locking if previous week isn't locked. If the month ends on a day other than Sunday you will have to lock your month before you can use lock week to lock the remaining days.
Review your time registrations. If everything is correct you accept your times by clicking the "Confirm Data" and "lock week".
At the end of the month, you lock your times so that they can be certified and become the basis for salary and billing. Lock "" is located right below the small calendar to the left (visible both from the week and day view). You then have to review your time registrations and make any distribution of overtime/travel time of "Time" and "Money" (if this function is available to you). Accept your times by clicking the "Confirm Data" and "lock Month".
If you want to make some adjustments, click "Cancel" at the bottom of the page. You will then return to the overview to be able to "modify/delete" or add time records. You accept your times by clicking the "Confirm Data" and "lock Month".
NOTE! If you want to correct a time registration after it has been locked you need to contact an administrator that can unlock your month/week. Therefore it is important to check your times before you lock them.
