## Register a driver’s log

Select the tab "Driver’s log"

Click on "Create drivelog".&#x20;

Choose which project the driver’s log is to be registered on. You can use the search box to search for a project if you can’t find it.&#x20;

**Enter the information:**&#x20;

1. Select date if other than today's date
2. Select type of car&#x20;
3. State the journeys distance in km
4. Clarify your route
5. Enter a note to add more information about your driver’s log

Press "Create" when done

## Edit, lock, copy or delete

You can find all of your driver's logs in the list under the tab Driver's log. The icons to the right tells you if it is locked or approved. To handle a drivers log in any way you just need to click on it in the list.&#x20;

**Edit:** To change something in a drivers log you just have to choose it in the list, make the changes and save the new information. You are able to:

* Change the information in every field

**Copy:** You can make a copy of an existing driver’s log by pressing the copyicon![](https://lh6.googleusercontent.com/gD8mIZFZFAxzR1VedU1klSUH7BfQPMO3N_9y6B_h6kK6JZxrPqVCJ85CA8r4TrkdSL-J1L0yqbLCYmEx33rzKPKiY7iw4u7OkAd_TzKqIIIJuZFBvF8-P_GIfgRNTdumEPrKuMjzWHp5g_H1nizolA).&#x20;

Just make sure that the date is correct on the new driver’s log. The system always pick today's date.&#x20;

**Lock:** You can lock your driver's logs one by one using the padlock![](https://540380137-files.gitbook.io/~/files/v0/b/gitbook-x-prod.appspot.com/o/spaces%2FzAi1nm81I4wWkROifDVb%2Fuploads%2FUmzgOljiiRvZzkuUbmb9%2Fimage.png?alt=media\&token=3e08138e-0433-4e3b-90dd-d9df60633659)or at the same time as you lock your time. Note! This is not reversible, so make sure that you opened the right driver's log. &#x20;

**Note!** It is not possible to make changes or delete a registration that has been locked (by locking time)/approved without the help from an administrator.
