Planning groups

There is a special type of group called a Planning Groups. Planning groups have a function when using the Project and Resource Planning module.

Planning groups are created in Administration-Users-Planning groups.

To create a new planning group:

  1. Click on "Create planning group".

  2. Give the group a group name and a description.

  3. Add members to the planning group.

  4. Save the group.

NOTE! Different from ‘ordinary’ groups, a user only can be a member of one planning group. A user can be added to a planning group in the ‘Planning group card’ or in the ‘User card’.
