Coworker Report
On tha tab Follow-up - Reports you will find the report Coworker. The report is now part of the system's standard reports - but if you do not find it under Follow-up - Reports, a configuration is required to make the report visible. In that case, contact Milient Software's support for help with that.
Access to data in the Coworker report is controlled by the Approval right. The responsible person with approval rights can create the report for all the users/employees included in the group(s) for which the person is responsible.

The coworker report is generated for a specified period of time and can be created either for a specific group or for all employees for whom the logged-in user is responsible. To generate a report for a Group - select the group in the drop-down list, select Period and then click on the PDF or Excel button to get the report in the desired file format. To select the period, the start and end dates can be entered in the respective fields. It is also possible to select the date via the date selector located directly to the right next to each date field.
About the Coworker Report
The coworker report contains a number of columns presented per employee. The information presented is:
Scheduled time
Distribution between External Time, Internal Time and Absences
Total attendance time
Debiting rate
Profit centre
At the bottom of the report is a summary for each column.

Debit Rate/Chargeability in the Coworker Report
There are different settings for how the debit rate in the coworker report is calculated. There is only room for one calculation - so you have to find the calculation that best suits your business. Contact Support if you need to change the calculation.
When time is reported in the system, this is always done on activities. Each activity belongs to a certain activity type. A common set of activity types are: External time, Internal time and Absences. The activity types are used in the calculation of the debiting rate. If you want to know more about activity types, you can read about it in the section Settings - Project - Activity list/type.
Examples of the different configurations available in terms of debit rate
Prerequisites:
A person has registered a total of 188 hours in one month. The breakdown of the recorded time looks like this:
External time 170 hours
Internal time 10 hours
Absences 8 hours
The default calculation of the debiting rate used here in the system is as follows:
Recorded external time/Total recorded attendance time.
The debiting rate in this example is: 170/180, i.e. 94.44%.
Another calculation that is available is to use the scheduled time instead of the total registered attendance time. The formula can then look like this:
External time/(scheduled time - absences)
In the same example as above, we also need to know the scheduled time. In this case, let's say that the scheduled time for the example month is 168 hours. Then the calculation would look like this for the debit rate: 170/(168-8), i.e. 106.25%
One more variant of calculation is available as a selectable option and it is this one:
External time/scheduled time
Using the same example as above, if the example month has 168 hours as scheduled time, the calculation would look like this: 170/168, i.e. 101.19%.
One of the three different formulas can be used to calculate the debiting rate. Please contact support for questions and help with configurations on this.
The configured debiting rate can also be presented in Info section in the Time registration view to make the personal debiting rate for each timekeeper visible. The same calculation formula is used both in the Coworker Report and in Info section. Whether the debiting rate is visible in Info section or not is also a configuration that the support can help with.
