The user list in the administration presents a maximum of 20 users per page. To browse - use the arrow in the bottom left corner. Only active users are displayed by default. It is possible to search for users by User name, Employment number and First and last name. You can also search by part of a name. Enter the search term in the search field at the top and the system will search directly. If you also want to include inactive users, check the box Show inactive.
Sorting can be done on all columns in the user list. To choose which one to sort on, click on the desired heading. You can also choose to extract a list of users to Excel by clicking on the Excel icon in bottom left.
You can bring up hidden columns in the user list by hovering over the header line and click on the small arrow the right of any column heading an then select columns to add from the list presented in the dialog.
To reset the columns to original position select the value Reset columns in the dialog.
