# Customer profile page

Click the  ![](/files/4K8Wr8Yf4vGd0qvcPIa8)-button to add relevant data to the customer profile, e.g. bank account number, address, email and more.

### Invoice preference

More importantly, you can choose **preferred invoice type**, as well as choose a specific External receiver if you don't want to use the customer email for invoices.

For Norwegian customers, you might prefer to send the invoice in an EHF format. The EHF receiver is retrieved from the customers organization number, which you can add under **Company reg. no**. when in Edit mode. Here you can see all invoices and credit notes sent to the specific customer, or create a new one. Design your invoice report with the help of the columns to your right, and print or download as a PDF or XLSX.&#x20;

Click the ⚙️-button to edit the status of exported files, or see recent ones.

See invoices sent along with the respective payments. Payments can otherwise be manually entered in Moment by opening an invoice under **Finance / Invoices** and clicking **New payment**.

### Merge duplicates

Finally, on the top right corner of the customer's main page, you'll find the option to merge new customers with existing customers in case of duplicates.
