# To be invoiced

To be invoiced is one of the most important tabs under *Finances* as it gives total control and overview of invoicing inn Moment. This tab is company-wide and will include all the projects on the company unless defined otherwise in the report filter. The functionality is the same as in *to be invoiced* at project level.

Here you can create drafts and invoices as well as approve hours, fixed prices and subscription that are waiting to be invoiced. You can filter this view by project or customer if you'd like to.

If you encounter any issues that prevent you from invoicing in Moment, you can see [this article](https://docs.moment.team/help/moment-faq/most-common-problems-that-prevent-invoicing-in-moment.) from our FAQ that might solve your issue.

You also need to remember that for project leaders there is their own version available under *my pages > project management.*

## Downloading "To be Invoiced"

Sometimes, downlading a company wide version of the "To be Invoiced" report might be useful. For example, many customers would like to know to know exactly how many hours or fees are going to be invoiced just before new year. Another option could be to have a copy of the "To be Invoiced" picture that they can use to compare with the actual invoices that have been sent one month. This can be done by manually downloading a version of the report here:
