# Resources Resources gives you access review user profiles, edit hours on co-worker and plan the work for the coming weeks and months. Resources and the different modules for planning in Moment are tightly connected to your company's overall capacity. Capacity in Moment is based on the co-workers [schedule](https://docs.moment.team/help/resources/co-workers/schedule). The capacity is dynamic, which means that it will be affected by absence types that have been registered in the timesheets (vacation, sick leaves, maternity leaves) and public holidays.
