# Education

The education funds system in Moment is based on the [Danish collective Agreement for Architects 2020-2023](https://www.danskeark.dk/content/overenskomst-med-forbundet-arkitekter-og-designere-samt-jordbrugsakademikere), but is universally implemented to support reimbursing of employees within set limits. This can be used for any company who wishes to incentivize their employees to pursue their professional development.
