# Timesheet

The timesheet is an important part of Moment, as it forms the basis for reports, resource planning and invoices.

Ideally, all co-workers should register their hours daily in order to have the most accurate overview at all times. As soon as the hours are registered, they will show up in any other part of Moment.

To open your timesheet go to **MyPages>Timesheet**

### Registering use of educational funds in timesheet

To use educational funds in Moment, you register the hours used as an absence category. There is usually two absence categories you can use to register use of educational funds; Common pool and individual pool. Hours registered on the common pool draws up to 100% from the common pool, and hours registered on the individual pool draws up 100% from the individual pool. This is dependant of settings in your company.
