# How to activate the offer module in Moment

Moment's powerful offer module enables you to send detailed offers to customers that include custom "packages" of working hours related to a project attached to either tasks or activities (phases). In order to start using this module, this needs to be activated in your Moment. This article will work as a guide containing a breif explanation of the steps that need to be followed to activate this module.  

1. To activate the offer module choose **"**Setup >Settings >General**"** → **"modules", enable "offers" and** **save**.

2\. Under **"Setup"** choose **"Access control"** and enable the different types of roles to gain permission to access the offer module in their Moment account.

Once these two steps are completed the offers module is ready to use.
