# New user (co-worker)

All co-workers need their own user in Moment. <br>

Create new user

* Go to [Co-workers](https://app.moment.team/users).&#x20;
* Select **+New co-worker**.&#x20;
* Enter the co-worker's **Email**. The email address is unique for each user. Use an email which hasn't been registered in Moment earlier.
* Enter **First name**, **Last name**, and **Mobile phone**. Please note that phone number is required in order to receive the text message with the login code.&#x20;
* Choose if the user is an **Internal** or **External** co-worker.&#x20;
* Select **Register new co-worker**.&#x20;

Please note that the user is created without any access rights. You can change this by editing the user's settings.
