# Importing checklist templates

### Import checklist templates from excel

You can import any checklists you might already have into Moment. In order to do this, you need to download our checklist template. You can find the template under **Quality > Template checklists**:

The file itself can be altered so you can add the data you need. Leave the column names the same, but change the content:

The sheets "**Checklist** and **Checklist Items**" contain the necessary templates to import what you need.

Once you have done the changes you need, save the file. This can be imported in two ways. One can be easily found under **Quality > Quality Checklist**

The other way you can import is to go to **Setup > Tools** in here you can scroll to the bottom left corner of the screen and you will be able to import checklists, it works the same way as the method described above:

Once the import is successful, check Quality > checklists, and the checklist you imported should be there.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.milientsoftware.com/help/quality-system/checklists/templates.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
