# Added: Warning when editing a co-worker's schedule

When trying to adjust an existing schedule, there will now appear a warning :

"Changing existing schedule can cause errors in historical data. Consider adding a new schedule instead of editing old to avoid this."

This is to limit the possibility of banked hours being incorrect, and also for Moment to not calculate the balance for banked hours in a wrong way - for example in reports. Therefore it is necessary that the defined working hours are correctly registered and important to maintain an accurate history of the employee.
